You know you're a child of the early 90's when...

I am a child of the early 90's. I was in elementary school and in Jr. High then and I think that's when most of us begin to remember various things from the past. The good things and the bad things... So here are some fads of the early 90's I'm sure some of you would remember if you were a child around this time too. Even if you're not... I'm pretty sure you'll remember some of it too ^^

1) British Knights and L.A. Gears were the best gym shoes on the planet!
2) TGIF was still on every Friday on ABC and the line up was Mr. Belvedere, Just the Ten of Us, Growing Pains and Family Matters
3) Hyper Color shirts were in!
4) MTV was actually good and they actually played music
5) Vanilla Ice was extremely cool
6) Hammer pants were the coolest. And so was M.C. Hammer
7) Everyone tight rolled their jeans
8) High tops were cool.(Does anyone even wear high tops now?)
9) You Played Super Mario bothers in the original Nintendo
10) We still remember the OTHER George Bush telling us he hates Broccoli
11) Acid washed jeans were still the best damn jeans ever
12) Berkenstocks made their way into our lives
13) Everyone started to bring Gap shopping bags to school (Or was that just a Wisconsin thing?)
14) The Gulf War was in the news
15) He-man, She-ra, and Johnny Quest was on at 3:00 everyday after school
16) Saturday Morning Cartoons consisted of Teen Beverly Hills, Popples, Gummy Bears and Care Bears
17) We thought Saved By The Bell was actually a good show
18) Nickeldeon consited of shows like Pinwheel, David the Gnome, Today's Special, and the Little Prince
19) I got up everyday at 6:00 in the morning to watch Voltron and Transformers
20) We would watch Reading Rainbow, Insideout Man and 3-2-1 Contact at school. Ahhh the good old days of First Grade!
